GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE LEVEL ONE:
You should make your complaint, orally or in writing, to the Legal Aid Director
of Litigation and Advocacy. The name of the Director of Litigation and Advocacy
is LEVEL TWO:
If you and the Director of Litigation and Advocacy are unable to resolve the
complaint, your next step is to complain, orally or in writing, to the Legal Aid
Executive Director. DIRECT APPEAL FOR COMPLAINTS ABOUT QUALITY OF ASSISTANCE
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of assistance we have provided you,
you are entitled to give your complaint directly to the Grievance Committee of
our Board of Directors.
You may be accompanied or represented by another person of your choice at any
level of the grievance process. If accompanied by another person you will be
